Importing Passwords via iOS or Android Apps

Quickly and easily import your existing passwords. First, export your passwords from your current password manager into a file. Then, in your PicKey.ai mobile app, simply navigate to :

Home > Settings > Advanced > Import/Export > Import

…and select the platform you want to import from.

Then, simply upload the password file from that platform and press “Submit”.

The import feature is available on Laptop & Desktop via PicKey's browser plugins too.

Important : Make sure you delete the password file after your import to PicKey is complete.

Where do i get those files to import?

Pro Tip : Delete the password file after the import is complete.

A Few Important Points

• Certain Password Mangers export passwords as CSV (Comma Separated Value) files. If your password also contains a comma ( , ), it may cause a conflict during the import process and the record may be skipped.
• Once your import is complete, ensure that you delete the file that was used during the import. Such files should never be left on any device as they contain the wealth of your passwords.
• PicKey’s comprehensive Free Plan allows you to import up to 40 passwords, which is generally a sufficiently reasonable limit for most. If you need to import more than 40 passwords, consider an upgrade to the PRO Plan and enjoy other PRO benefits like Emergency Contacts, Secure Password Sharing and more…
