Log-In into PicKey Browser Plugins

PicKey offers seamless Password Management on all popular browsers via browser extensions for your laptop or desktop. Download the extension for your desired browser:

• Google Chrome
• Safari
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

The Login Page On your Browser

After installing and launching the PicKey.ai Password Manager browser extension, you should see the login page:

Pro Tip : Browser Extensions allow you to login only after you’ve sign-ed up on PicKey’s Mobile App. The Mobile App also acts as a verification device for your login.

PicKey offers two secure login options to login on your browser extension :

1. Login via QR

To login on the browser plugin, press the “Get QR” button. This will create and display a special, encrypted QR code that only PicKey’s mobile app can decrypt.

Open the PicKey mobile app and go to :

Settings > Scan QR

Align the QR code inside the camera view that opens up…. and voila..! You just logged into PicKey’s browser plugin, passwordlessly.

QR Login is employs end-to-end encryption and encryption at rest, 
ensuring bulletproof security with amazing convenience.

2. Login via Code

In this option, you will be sent two verification codes to verify yourself – :

1. An Email Code : Once you enter your email that you logged-into the mobile app with, and press “Get Email Code”, you’d receive a special code in your email. Enter that code and click “Verify Email Code”
2. A Device Code : Upon successful verification of your email code, another code will be sent on your mobile app where you are logged into PicKey. Enter this code and click on “Verify Device Code”.

Upon successful verification of both the codes, you’d log-in to PicKey’s browser extension. Enjoy a password free experience on your laptop or desktop with the browser of your choice.

Pro Tip : To receive the device code, ensure you are logged into PicKey’s mobile app with the same email account and that your device is not in low-power, airplane or low-performance mode and is connected to the internet.

I’ve Logged-In, now What?

After you log-in, you can now:

1. Enjoy Autofill : PicKey offers autofill and management service for passwords, addresses, phone numbers and credit cards. Your passwords, addresses, phone numbers and credit cards have to be stored in PicKey for this feature to work. To make this easy, PicKey offers quick save popups. Related Blog Post.
2. Create or Import Passwords : If you are a new user, start by creating your own passwords in PicKey so that PicKey can manage and autofill them everywhere.
   Create a new password by :
   Home Screen > Passwords > (+) Icon
   If using another password manager (e.g., Google Chrome, LastPass, 1Password and Dashlane), import those passwords to PicKey. Forget other service’s Master Passwords; PicKey’s visual 3D Master Key is like recalling a picture.
   
   To import passwords, go to :
   Settings > Advanced > Import/Export > Import
